Taking a holistic approach to health and wellness means that even if we are using coaching to support one particular area of need or challenge, we clearly recognise that, that one issue alone can affect us negatively in multiple ways and so it's often helpful to use a range of modalities to really get to the crux of the problem, so we can effect some real life altering change, to get us moving in the direction that we want to go in.. or ultimately achieving the goal of optimum health and wellness!

The range of modalities that I incorporate into sessions, as needed / necessary are listed below:
Nutritional Therapy uses nutrition science as a basis for promoting, health, performance and wellness. It recognises the link between disease and diet and is based on the belief that there are nutritional and biochemical imbalances in the body that lead to ill health.
Emotional literacy enables us to recognise, understand, appropriately express and handle emotional states in ourselves and others. It is the corner stone to positive mental health and wellbeing, communication, social skills and relationships.
Flexibility Yoga is a rigorous practice that delivers measurable results. Clients improve their flexibility, reduce stress, and enjoy long-lasting results. It radically transforms flexibility, unlocking tight hips, hamstrings and spines.
Mindfulness is scientifically proven to positively impact both physical and mental health and wellbeing, Studies reveal a direct link with mindfulness meditation to generating a stronger sense of presence and awareness, love, kindness and compassion towards ourselves and others, with notable improvements to memory, concentration levels and other aspects of cognitive function.
Phytotherapy is the use of plant derived medications in the treatment and prevention of disease. Phytotherapy is a science based practice that compliments the more traditional approach of herbalism.
Breath coaching aids in activating the parasympathetic nervous system which helps clients sleep better, improves digestion, boosts energy and relieves stress.
Aromatherapy uses the essential oils of plants medicinally to treat disease and improve health and wellbeing of the mind, body and spirit, effectively enhancing both physical and mental health.
A range of suggested general health and fitness activities linked to movement, exercise and fitness are also incorporated into programme planning, to aid in the quest towards optimum health and wellness.
